Blood Drive Information and Sign Up Instructions

The annual Westwood National Honor Society blood drive is going to be held Thursday, May 13, 2010 from 7:45 am until 3pm.

To make this simple, we've set up an on-line sign up form for you.

To sign up:
1. Click on this link (or the one below.)
2. Select Blood Donation (for regular donors) or Plasma Donation (for those giving plasma)
3. On "select a staff member" click "No preference"
4. Select the time you wish to give.
5. Enter your information including email address and click submit.

You will receive an email confirmation!  You will also receive an email reminder 24 hours in advance. 

Make sure that you set "no preference" in Step 3 above and the appointment scheduler will select an open spot.  When you confirm your appointment, you will get an email. If you do not, please contact Vicki Davis at vdavis@westwoodschools.org and she will confirm your time directly.
